Van Veld Construction specializes in foundations, trucking & excavating. We offer both traditional poured style foundations as well as the newer Insulated Forming Systems (ICF) which offer the home or business owner a higher level of energy efficiency compared to traditional poured solutions.
We incorporate advanced building materials into our foundations, such as DELTA®-MS, which is a dimpled Polyethylene membrane that utilizes an “air-gap” between the foundation wall and the membrane. This acts as a capillary break to stop water from reaching the foundation wall.
